We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Specialist to spearhead the expansion of our client base and enhance our programs portfolio.

Client Acquisition: Lead initiatives to build, maintain, and grow our client base overseas by identifying and researching potential leads, and providing expert support in communication and follow-ups.
Program Management: Oversee the marketing, execution, and growth of our program portfolio, collaborating directly with senior management to align with strategic goals.
Product Development: Spearhead ideation and brainstorming sessions to enhance our product offerings, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.
Business Research: Directly research and identify new business development areas and opportunities, providing actionable insights to the team.
Lead Generation: Cultivate advanced skills in cold emailing and calling potential leads, establishing effective outreach strategies.
Networking and PR Leadership: Take the lead in networking, branding, and public relations initiatives, enhancing the company's visibility and reputation in key markets.
Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with team members to develop and implement overall strategies for business growth and team management.
Client Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by coordinating with colleagues to deliver outstanding logistical operations and educational content that exceeds expectations.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Background in fields such as international education, travel or relevant industry.
A proven track record in business development or sales across any industry.
A can-do attitude with enthusiasm about culture, sustainability, and education.
Perseverance and quick learning ability.
Proficiency in general office skills, including Microsoft Suite, Zoom, Teams, and PowerPoint.
