    Responsibilities:

    Depending on your department, you may:

    • Assist team members in preparing and executing educational programs

    • Support the creation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials

    • Provide logistical and administrative support

    • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, offering fresh ideas and insights

    • Proficiency in English

    Program Manager – China

    Location: China

    Position Type: Full-Time

    We’re hiring a Program Manager to oversee trip logistics, lead teams, and ensure excellence in safety and learning outcomes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead or train on-ground program teams

    • Design itineraries, activities, and equipment lists

    • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

    Requirements:

    • Strong project leadership and communication skills

    • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and experienced in educational travel
