Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly self-motivated and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team.

Position Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Create brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral for fairs, events, and promotional purposes.

  • Create and maintain internal team documents โ€” proposal templates, parent presentation decks, and similar client-facing materials.

  • Partner with our operations team to design and produce student workbooks for various educational programs, ensuring alignment with our brand and pedagogical objectives.

  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure all designs align with educational goals and messaging

  • Adapt designs for different formats (print, digital, social media, etc.) while maintaining high-quality standards across platforms.

  • Ensure consistency in design across all materials while incorporating the brandโ€™s visual identity.

  • Revise designs based on feedback, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.

  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our materials fresh and innovative.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, ideally within the education sector (international school or experiential education background preferred).

  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with the confidence to write and refine marketing copy, not just design around it.

  • Strong proficiency in professional design software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred) and a comfort working in Canva for select design projects.

  • Creativity and a strong design sensibility with the ability to bring fresh, original ideas to projects.

  • A proactive, self-directed approach โ€” comfortable taking a project from a rough idea to a finished product with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to take feedback constructively, while still driving projects forward independently.

  • Experience in creating both print and digital content.

  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles is a plus.

  • A compelling portfolio showcasing design skills, including workbooks, brochures, and event collateral.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Performance-based bonuses available.

  • A chance to work in a multicultural, globally minded organization.

  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.

  • Opportunities to travel with our programs and see firsthand the experiences you help create.
