Seasonal Program Staff
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Experiential Learning Program Leader to guide transformative educational journeys for students.

Responsibilities
Lead assigned experiential learning programs from preparation through completion, taking ownership of program delivery and participant experience.
Facilitate engaging educational activities and discussions that promote curiosity, cultural understanding, and student reflection.
Coordinate daily logistics including transportation, accommodations, venues, meals, activity providers, and schedule changes.
Adapt program plans as needed while maintaining learning objectives and operational excellence.
Build positive relationships with students, teachers, vendors, local partners, and fellow team members while representing Beyond Classrooms professionally.
Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for all participants.
Proactively identify potential risks and respond to incidents calmly and effectively in accordance with Beyond Classrooms policies and procedures.
Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions while escalating significant issues appropriately.
Monitor student engagement and adjust facilitation strategies through scaffolding or differentiation to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Communicate clearly and professionally with teams, school staff, and program stakeholders before, during, and after each program.
Prepare timely reports, incident documentation, and program feedback following established reporting procedures.
Collaborate effectively with co-leaders, operations staff, and local teams to ensure smooth program execution.
Contribute ideas and feedback during post-program debriefs to support continuous improvement of Beyond Classrooms programs.
Represent Beyond Classrooms professionally in all interactions with schools, partners, vendors, and local communities.
Requirements
Professional fluency in spoken and written English.
Bachelor's degree or currently completing a bachelor's degree (Education, Tourism, International Relations, Communications, Outdoor Education, or a related field preferred).
Previous experience working with students, youth programs, camps, experiential education, travel programs, or group facilitation preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse cultural backgrounds.
Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and professional in dynamic or high-pressure situations.
Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.
Physically able to lead groups on foot and participate in active educational experiences throughout the day and for several days at a time.
Access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection for remote work and reporting.
Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
Valid passport with the ability to obtain visas required for international travel (candidates with passports offering easier visa access to program destinations may be prioritized).
